What is the process for placing an order?
Our ordering process is straightforward - follow these steps to order custom packaging products.
- Fill out the custom quote form with all the details regarding your desired product. We'll respond with a price quote in a few hours; if you're satisfied with the cost, we'll ask you to submit your design.
- Upload your design, or if you don't have any designs ready for your custom packaging project, request that we design it for you.
- Once your design is complete, we'll make a mockup or 3D proof so you can ensure everything is perfect before we move on to production.
- Use one of our preferred payment methods to finalize payment.
- Your order will be shipped as soon as it's ready.
Do you have the option to order a sample before buying a large quantity?
You can order a sample to check the size, printing, and material quality. The cost for a sample depends on the product type and size.
How long will it take for my order to be produced and shipped?
Our standard turnaround time for custom packaging and printing orders is 8-10 business days (production plus shipping).
Do you have templates or dielines that I can use to create custom packaging products?
Yes, we provide customers with a die line/template. We have thousands of ready-made templates available, but if the needed template is different and we do not have it in stock, we can create a customized template for our customers.
Can I get my order delivered quickly?
We can accommodate you if you want us to produce and ship your order faster than our standard turnaround time. We offer a rush service that delivers your orders within 5-6 business days.
Do you send orders to other countries outside of the US?
We are a US-based custom packaging company that can ship orders worldwide.
Do you offer any design services, and how much do they cost?
Yes, we can design custom packaging for you, and there is no fee.
What is the cost to ship my order?
We offer free shipping and handling on orders shipped within the United States and Canada. If you would like your order shipped outside the US and Canada, you will pay the shipping cost. For further inquiries, please get in touch with us.
